FAQs

Bloodwork, results, coverage, cost and scheduling — every answer in full, on the page, nothing behind a click.

When do my results come back?

You will receive your bloodwork results 5-7 business days after drawing your labs. A Ways2Well provider will review your results and provide a Clinical Review in about 2 weeks.

Do you accept outside labs from my doctor?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept external labs.

Can I come in office for my lab review?

Our consults are telehealth only.

Patients always ask: I received My bloodwork results what is the next step.

After your labs are completed, you’ll receive a scheduling link to book your 40-minute provider consultation and review your results. While you wait, you’re welcome to use ALLEN, our AI healthcare concierge, to learn more about your biomarkers and start forming questions for your visit.

Do I need different logins for the Shop and the App?

No. You only need one account. Your single login gives you access to both the Shop and the App.

What if I had separate logins before?

We’ve combined them into one account. Use your updated login details to access everything in one place.

Does Ways2Well accept insurance?

Ways2Well is not contracted with any third-party insurance payer, but we do accept HSA and FSA as a method of payment. This allows our providers to guide care, without the disruption of big insurance. Ways2well can provide copies of invoices and lab requisitions as needed. Because we are direct pay, and do not seek reimbursement from insurance providers, we cannot provide procedure codes (CPT) or diagnostic codes (ICD-10).

Do we know anyone else out of state doing what Ways2Well does?

We currently do not know of another company that is mirroring our services.

What is the cost?

Our baseline bloodwork panel is $599 and includes 2 comprehensive bloodwork panels and 2 expert Clinical reports.  A video consultation with one of our Wasy2Well providers is available for an additional cost: $49 for 20 min consult, $99 for 40 min consult.

Does Ways2Well take HSA or FSA?

Yes, we take both forms of payment.

What is Ways2Well?

Ways2Well focuses on preventative care and health optimization. Our wellness program is 100% digital, which means you use your cell phone or computer for your telehealth visits with our care team. Ways2Well utilizes extensive and comprehensive blood panels to identify health needs and provide our patients with custom treatment plans.

Does a patient go to any lab company to have their blood drawn?

You will be instructed to go to either Quest or another lab, based on the specific test type you order. For bloodwork purchases on the site, you will go through Quest.

Does Ways2Well receive my results, or do they send them to me?

Ways2Well receives your results from Quest. Lab results will be updated in your app 5-7 days after your blood draw.  A Ways2Well Clinician will review your results and provide a Clinical Report with personalized recommendations about 2 weeks after the bloodwork results are complete.
